Melissa Stone has been telling stories for most of her life, first on stage and now on the page.
She began acting in musical theater at the age of twelve and later appeared in The Great Buck Howard alongside John Malkovich and Tom Hanks. After graduating from Mount Holyoke College, she spent several years in New York before returning to Los Angeles to focus on writing.
Her fiction explores ambition, identity, and the moments when ordinary lives take unexpected turns. She is currently working on her first novel.
